Certain procedures may be covered by your medical insurance. Following an evaluation from Dr. Fustok our insurance department will submit your claim to determine your benefits. Cosmetic procedures may be paid for using cash, money orders, cashiers check and credit card. For your convenience we also offer several financing options covering various credit situations. The application process is fast and convenient and can be done by phone, fax or the internet.

 

Payments may be made by cash, cashier's check, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Debit cards with the Visa/Mastercard logo, at no extra charge. Personal loans from your bank or your credit union may also be a good option for making your cosmetic procedure more affordable. For your convenience, we also provide information on outside financing.
