Dr. Abdel K. Fustok is Director of The Institute of Cosmetic Surgery. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Grenoble France, one of only 43 graduates in a class of 1500.

He completed his residency at the University of Texas, Medical Branch St Joseph Hospital Houston Texas and has had a private practice specializing in plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery since 1982.
